Churchill Hui have been involved with Cubic Interactive since 2009, utilising Rapport3, the project management system that works seamlessly with Gekko Email Management. Our intuitive systems needed to enable Churchill Hui to create stronger relationships with clients, no matter how many long term or complex projects are being worked on simultaneously, as well as improving communication within the team.

Gekko Email Management has been a fantastic resource for Churchill Hui. The search options have saved our team so much time; instead of trawling through years and years of emails, it takes just a few minutes to find what we are looking for. Working with solicitors and Housing Associations, they often ask for detailed plans and attachments, and are always impressed at the speed we get back to them.
Gekko is configured to ensure that the client has extensive admin rights such as setting up new users and de-activating ex-employees. Although the intuitive system encourages clients to be independent, minimising support time, our team are always available to answer questions and help with any issues. 
I think it’s great that I don’t have to talk to the support team to complete small admin-related tasks. The whole setup is very easy to use, and if an issue ever arises then the support team are very helpful - we have a great relationship with all the Gekko developers in the Harrogate office.
